  Very bad customer service from a lady working in store !! Stood there for 10 minutes didn't Even came to greet us .. that's an example of good or talented employees send them for more training before let them run the whole store u guys will loose ur customers ..

  called they had me on hold for 10 minutes... then they hanged up and no longer are answering the phone.. in terms of there phone skills when you call i would say it's very dissapointing especially when my call was to check if they had something in stock and wouldnt take long at all.

  Really great service. Needed a new sim for my old mobile as lost my new mobile. Tabitha was great. Got me sorted in 5 minutes and had my sim activated for me. When I had some problems later in the day, she talked my through the problem, gave me some tips and said if they didn't work to come back and get a new sim. Too easy!!!
