  Mark at Kmart was absolutely helpful, polite, honest and awesome from the moment I called about our overheating car to sorting out the bill. No fuss, no excuses, even though they were short staffed. Real customer service so rare these days. Will be getting car serviced there from now on.

  Beaurepaires Sunshine said they don't charge, Good year in Sunshine quoted me $10 dollars per wheel and Sunshine Tyres on Sunshine road charge $5.00 per wheel. "Good luck" getting me coming back and to think they serviced my own car several times before and this is how they treat me because I called over the phone.

  I called to get a quote for some removal of old tyres from my rims and was laughed at and told "good luck" when I said that the $15 dollar per wheel was dearer then other quotes. Really? good luck?

  I was disappointed with the work done on my car on 30/10/17. I took the car for routine service and I was told that it also needs pollen filter change which I gave ok. However after the service I noticed horrible noise under the suspension and I went back next day in my mind something wrong with front wheels and most likely alignment. I suggested to the staff that this could be the problem and we had two road tests and they told me that the wheels are starting to make 'noise' and solution would be to go and keep watching. To me this was improper prescription for such a dangerous omission and so I visted another dealer just to be sure. And true to my words of poor alignment I had told Kmart team, the wheels were moving opposite direction and in just over 24hrs my front wheels were worn out. I had to replace them with new ones and alignment done now my car is perfect. I felt that I should show up to Kmart back with report and not remorseful at all. Simple service to be 169$ has turned out to cost me 637$. I will not recommend this place to any one.
